We’re Hiring: Junior Marketing Executive

Hexa Custom Boxes is a growing U.S.-focused custom packaging company specializing in cosmetic packaging, bakery boxes, CBD packaging, rigid boxes, retail boxes, and other custom printed packaging solutions. We are looking for a motivated and creative Junior Marketing Executive who wants hands-on experience in digital marketing and real growth opportunities in the packaging industry.

As a Junior Marketing Executive, you will:

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns

• Manage and schedule content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest)

• Conduct competitor research and market analysis

• Support SEO activities including keyword research and basic on-page optimization

• Assist in email marketing campaigns and outreach efforts

• Help generate and qualify leads for the sales team

• Coordinate with the design and sales departments for marketing materials

• Track performance metrics and prepare basic marketing reports

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in marketing (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media

• Familiarity with SEO concepts

• Strong written English communication skills

• Creative mindset with attention to detail

• Knowledge of Canva, Meta Ads, or Google Ads is a plus
