1. Services Covered
This policy applies to the following services offered on our platform:
- Paid Job Listings: Employers can post job vacancies for a fee.
- Premium Subscriptions: Employers and recruiters may subscribe to premium plans for enhanced features.
- Career Services: Job seekers can purchase services such as resume writing and career consultancy.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Technical Issues: If a service was not delivered due to a technical error on our part.
- Service Not Rendered: If a purchased service was not provided within the stipulated time frame.
- Duplicate Payments: In cases where multiple charges were made for the same service.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
- Change of Mind: If you decide not to use the service after purchase.
- User Error: Incorrect information provided by the user leading to unsatisfactory results.

5. Service Modifications and Cancellations
- Job Listings: Employers can modify or cancel job listings before they go live. Once a listing is active, cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
- Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the subscription.
- Career Services: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to be eligible for a refund.
