Customer Support Executive – Delhi (Work from office)

Job Description for Customer Support Executive:

We are looking for a Customer support executive to manage customer queries and ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be fluent in english and Hindi, have basic computer skills, and demonstrate a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

  • Resolve queries related to products and services

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions

  • Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized

  • Freshers can apply

Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum Education: 12th pass (Higher Secondary)

  • Preferred: Graduate in any discipline

  • Good command of English and Hindi

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
